코로나19예방수칙에 따라 아래와 같이 운영합니다.

1. 마스크 착용 필수 : 마스크 미착용 참가자는 현장에 오셔도 행사에 참여하실 수 없습니다.

2. 발열 체크 : 현장에 오신 모든 투어객을 대상으로 발열체크합니다.

3. 손소독제 운영 : 가이드가 항시 손소독제를 지참합니다.

4. 송수신기 사용 : 적은 인원에도 비접촉을 위해 송수신기를 착용합니다.

투어 신청

Tour Application

투어 신청은 원하는 날짜 이틀 전까지 해주시기 바랍니다.(당일 투어 신청 불가)

If you want to apply for the tour, you should do that at least two days before a day you want. (It is not allowed to apply the tour within the same day.)

투어예약취소

Tour Reservation Cancellation

부득이하게 예약을 취소할 경우 최소 24시간전에 연락을 주시길 바랍니다. (24시간 이내 취소할 경우 3개월이내 투어예약불가)
If you are forced to cancel your reservation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. (If canceled within 24 hours, Reservation not available within 3 months)

마포구청 홈페이지(마이페이지) 또는 전화(02-3153-8656)로 예약을 취소하시기 바랍니다.
Please cancel your reservation on the Mapo-gu Office website (My Page) or by phone (02-3153-8656).

주말이나 공휴일 투어취소의 경우 연락받으신 가이드에게 개별연락 바랍니다.
Please contact your guide individually for weekend or holiday tour cancellation.

최저 인원

Minimum Number of Tour Participants

각 코스별 참가 인원이 최저 4명 이상일 때 투어가 진행됩니다.

The tour will be held when the minimum number of participants for each course is 4 or more.

코스 변경  및  취소

Course Change and Cancellation

투어 당일 상황(기상악화 등)에 따라 코스의 세부경로가 변경되거나 취소될 수 있습니다.

Detailed route of the course may be changed or the tour may be canceled depending on the weather and general condition on the day of the tour.

투어 진행시간

Tour Duration

코스별 약 2시간 정도 소요되며, 진행 상황에 따라 투어소요시간이 변동될 수 있습니다.

It takes about 2 hours per course, and depending on the progress, the tour requirement may change.

투어 비용

Tour Cost

투어는 무료로 진행되며, 투어 중 발생되는 실비(음료구입, 유료체험 등)는 개인 부담입니다.

he tour is free of charge, but the actual expense incurred from the tour such as beverage purchase or other paid experiences should be responsible by the participant.

여행자보험

Traveler's Insurance

본 투어에는 여행자보험이 포함되지 않으며, 여행자보험은 개별로 가입해야 합니다.

All tours don't include traveler's insurance. If you want it you are insured.
