Real Estate acquisition report based on contract
  • Eligible reporter : Citizenship holder, foreigner and foreign legal entity
  • Category of contract : Parcelling out sale, purchase & sale, gift etc.
  • Report period : Within 60 days from contract execution date (contract preparation date)
  • Required documents : Real Estate acquisition contract, foreigner registration certificate
    ※ Foreigner Real Estate acquisition report shall be excluded in case real estate transaction contract report has been completed with foreigner registration number of purchaser
Real Estate acquisition report based on cause other than contract
  • Eligible reporter : Citizenship holder, foreigner and foreign legal entity
  • Category of cause other than contract: Inheritance, auction, confirmed court judgment, merger of legal entity etc.
  • Report period : Within 6 months from decision date for real estate acquisition (date of occurrence of cause)
  • Required documents : Documents evidencing the cause other than contract, foreigner registration certificate
Real Estate ownership maintenance report in case of nationality change of owner from Korean to foreigner
  • Eligible reporter: Real Estate owner whose status changed from Korean to foreigner
  • Report period : Within 6 months from the date of change to foreigner or foreign legal entity
  • Required documents : Documents evidencing change of nationality
